  REMINDERS:

We only replace items if they are wrong/mismatched/defective and/or damaged provided that it was from our fault. The deadline for exchanging an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of product replacement, the customer must inform us of your decision by means of a clear proof and statement.

50% of the return shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer however, the shipping fee when re-sending the correct item to the customer will be free of charge and shall be sent through branch pick up at the nearest LBC Express branch.

For failed deliveries, all Return-to-Sender (RTS) parcels, may it be undelivered, rejected, unreachable line etc. as a reason shall only be stored 180 days prior to successful return and then be disposed afterwards if no discussion about re-billing and redelivery has been made. 
*Re-billing includes the COD local delivery fee during the first shipment + Return-to-sender (RTS) fee + repackaging fee (if only neccessary) + local re-delivery fee. All fees to be billed and paid prior to re-schedule and re-shipping to ensure successful pullout of order from us A.M. Baekpeo
